1. Scope and acceptance

1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and use of the Rebelicious online store available at rebelicious.eu and any related subdomains (the “Site”), operated by Rebelicious SIA (“Rebelicious”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 By accessing the Site, placing an order or creating an account, you (“you”, “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy & Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy (together, the “Store Policies”).

1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or place an order.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 16 years old to place an order on the Site. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws that apply to you.

2.2 If you purchase on behalf of a company, school or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity.

3. Products, availability and information

3.1 We specialize in professional make-up, skincare, tools, accessories and educational services (including courses, workshops and digital content). Product descriptions, shades and images are provided for guidance; small variations in colour or packaging may occur.

3.2 All products and prices are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without prior notice.

3.3 We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item per order or per customer.

4. Prices, currency and taxes

4.1 All prices on the Site are shown in euros (EUR). Unless stated otherwise, prices for EU customers include VAT at the applicable rate.

4.2 For customers outside the EU, no VAT is charged by us; local import taxes, customs duties and fees may apply and are your responsibility.

4.3 We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we may cancel the order or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

5. Orders and contract formation

5.1 Your order is an offer to purchase selected items. The contract between you and Rebelicious is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email and capture your payment successfully.

5.2 We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, in particular if:

  • the product is out of stock or discontinued

  • there is an error in pricing or product information

  • we suspect fraud, abuse or other unlawful activity

  • we cannot obtain authorization for payment

5.3 If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund any amounts paid for the cancelled items.

6. Payments and billing

6.1 Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment infrastructure and third-party payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal (availability may vary by region).

6.2 By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable shipping costs, taxes and duties shown at checkout.

6.3 We do not store full credit or debit card details on our systems. Card and payment data are processed directly by the relevant payment provider in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

6.4 Promotional codes, gift cards and discounts:

  • must be entered at checkout

  • may have specific conditions (expiry date, product exclusions, minimum order value, limited use)

  • cannot be exchanged for cash and are not retroactively applicable to previous orders

7. Shipping and delivery (summary)

7.1 Order processing times and transit estimates are detailed in our Shipping Policy. In general, orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the EU typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch; deliveries outside the EU usually take 7–20 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

7.2 Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout based on your address and selected delivery method.

7.3 Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7.4 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the package to the address you provided. If a parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at hello@rebelicious.eu with your order number.

8. Returns, refunds and defective items (summary)

8.1 Details of your right of return, exclusions and procedure are set out in our Refund Policy.

8.2 In line with EU distance-selling rules and for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • unused, unopened items in their original packaging may generally be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • opened cosmetics, used skincare, applicators and brushes that have been used cannot be returned unless they are defective or we sent the wrong item

8.3 You must contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, including clear photos of the product and packaging. For approved cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

9. Professional, wholesale and educational customers

9.1 We may offer professional and wholesale terms for:

  • makeup schools

  • TV, film, theatre and production companies

  • salons and studios

  • corporate and event clients

9.2 Wholesale discounts, minimum order quantities, payment terms and delivery conditions are agreed individually and may be governed by separate written agreements.

10. Intellectual property

10.1 All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, photos, video content and design, is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights owned by Rebelicious or its licensors.

10.2 You may use the Site and its content only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

11. Acceptable use

You must not use the Site:

  • for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose

  • to transmit malware or other harmful code

  • to interfere with or disrupt the Site or connected networks

  • to harvest or misuse personal data of other users

  • in any way that could damage the reputation of Rebelicious or our partners

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who breaches these Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

12.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability which cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for intentional misconduct.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebelicious is not liable for:

  • any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages

  • loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill

  • any third-party conduct, acts or omissions, including carriers and payment providers

12.3 Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the total amount paid by you for that order.

13. Governing law and disputes

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13.2 The courts of Latvia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

13.3 As an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform. You can find it easily via a search engine if needed.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, our business or the Shopify platform. The latest version will always be available on the Site and will apply to future orders. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
