Refund policy

We want you to love your Rebelicious products. Because we mainly sell cosmetics and skincare, hygiene and safety rules apply. This policy explains when and how you can return items purchased through our Shopify store at rebelicious.eu.
1. Legal right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
1.1 If you are an EU consumer purchasing online, you generally have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you receive your order. However, this right is subject to important exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (such as opened cosmetics and skincare).
2. Return window and conditions
2.1 You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

the item is unused and unopened

the original seal or protective packaging is intact

the product and outer packaging are in resaleable condition
2.2 For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

opened or used cosmetics
-
opened skincare products
-
used brushes, sponges or applicators
-
any item that has been clearly used, tested on skin in a way that cannot be sanitized or is otherwise unsuitable for resale

digital products (for example downloadable content) once access has been granted, except where required by law
2.3 If you received a bundle or set, we may require all items from that bundle or set to be returned together.
3. How to start a return
3.1 To initiate a return, email hello@rebelicious.eu within 14 days of delivery and include:

your order number

the item or items you wish to return

the reason for the return

clear photos if the item is damaged or defective
3.2 If the return is approved, we will send you instructions on where and how to send the package. Do not ship items back before receiving instructions, as this may delay processing.
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that the returned items are packaged securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.
4. Return shipping costs
4.1 Change-of-mind or unsuitable returns
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4.2 Defective, damaged or incorrect items (our error)
If we confirm that the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and either refund or replace the item, at your choice (subject to stock availability).
5. Defective, damaged or incorrect items
5.1 Please check your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@rebelicious.eu with:

your order number
-
a description of the issue

clear photos of the product and packaging
5.2 Once we have reviewed your claim, we will inform you whether a return, replacement or refund is approved and provide further instructions.
6. Refunds
6.1 Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6.2 If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the return for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6.3 Original shipping charges are not refunded unless your entire order was incorrect or defective due to our error.
6.4 We may issue partial refunds or refuse a refund if:

the item has been opened, used or damaged by you

parts or packaging are missing
-
the returned item does not match what was authorized for return
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product-to-product exchanges. If you would like a different item or shade, please place a new order and, where eligible, return the original item for a refund.
8. Gift cards and digital products
8.1 Gift cards (digital or physical) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
8.2 Fees for online courses, workshops or digital content are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or access has been granted, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer or required by law.
