Shipping policy

At Rebelicious, we aim to make shipping clear and hassle-free. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our Shopify store at rebelicious.eu.
1. Order processing times
1.1 Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
1.2 During high-volume periods (launches, sales, holidays or events), processing may take slightly longer. If we anticipate significant delays, we will notify you by email where possible.
2. Shipping methods, regions and costs
2.1 We ship primarily within the European Union and selected international destinations. Available delivery options and costs are displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
2.2 Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight or size, destination and chosen shipping method. The final shipping price is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
2.3 Some products, promotions or locations may qualify for reduced or free shipping; such offers will be clearly indicated where applicable.
3. Delivery times (estimates)
3.1 Approximate transit times after dispatch:

Finland and Baltic region: typically 2–5 business days

Rest of EU: typically 3–7 business days

Non-EU destinations: typically 7–20 business days
3.2 Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:

local postal or courier performance

customs inspections and clearance

public holidays

adverse weather or other events beyond our control
3.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we will assist you in tracking parcels and liaising with the carrier where possible.
4. Customs, duties and taxes
4.1 EU customers

Prices are shown in EUR and generally include VAT where applicable.

No additional customs duties are usually charged for deliveries within the EU.
4.2 Non-EU customers

We do not charge VAT.

Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees in your destination country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
4.3 Customs policies vary widely. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
5. Tracking and delivery
5.1 When available, tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email or in your customer account.
5.2 Please ensure delivery details are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
5.3 If the carrier reports a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, check with household members, neighbours, building reception or your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at hello@rebelicious.eu and we will assist you in investigating with the carrier.
6. Lost, delayed or returned parcels
6.1 If your parcel appears significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us at hello@rebelicious.eu with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate with the carrier and keep you updated.
6.2 If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed shipment or refusal to pay customs charges, we can:

reship the order once you pay the additional shipping costs, or
-
refund the order minus original shipping costs and any return charges imposed by the carrier (if applicable).
7. Click & collect / showroom pickup
If we offer showroom pickup or event pickup for certain orders, the relevant conditions (location, times, ID requirements, holding period) will be set out on the product or checkout page.
